Harbiz was built for personal trainers and nutritionists; CoachPro Tools, for coaches. If you do life, executive or team coaching, the difference is in what happens during the session.

CoachPro Tools VS Harbiz

Start with what ties

If your decision depends only on these three things, either one will do.

Scheduling and bookingsBoth have a calendar and booking system.
Payments and invoicingBoth charge your clients and issue invoices.
FormsBoth have questionnaires and forms for your clients.

The short answer

They are built for different audiences. Harbiz presents itself as the app for fitness and wellness professionals: personal trainers, nutritionists, yoga and pilates, physiotherapy and training centres, with a workout builder and nutrition plans. CoachPro Tools is a coaching platform: client record, interactive tools to work on in session, a video call inside the appointment, Live Session Notes, client space and Client Log. And pricing works differently: Harbiz charges by how many clients you have (from 19 € a month for up to 5 clients); CoachPro Tools has flat pricing, 30 USD a month, 157 a year or 297 one-time, with no client limit.

Put another way: if you train bodies or plan diets, Harbiz is built for that. If you support decisions, goals, emotions or teams, CoachPro Tools is built for the coaching session.

What happens during the session

This is the difference that matters most for a coach. In CoachPro Tools you open the client record, start the video call from the appointment and work through an interactive tool live with the client —such as the Wheel of Life, a SMART goal or a values exercise— while you note what comes up in Live Session Notes. Afterwards the result stays in the history of their record and, if you share it, in their client space, alongside the actions you agreed on.

On Harbiz's website we did not find coaching tools or video calls with the client: its strength is the workout builder, nutrition planning, chat and the app the client carries on their phone.

Where Harbiz wins

Verdict

If you are a personal trainer, nutritionist or work at a training centre, Harbiz is designed for your work and CoachPro Tools has no workouts or nutrition plans.

If you are a coach —life, executive, team, career or wellbeing—, CoachPro Tools gives you what happens inside the session: interactive tools, video calls, Live Session Notes and follow-up between sessions. And the price does not rise as you grow: with 50 clients you still pay 30 USD a month, or nothing more after a one-time 297.

What coaches who use it say

"I bought CoachPro because I was looking for a more affordable alternative to the coaching platform I had been using, but I’ve been surprised by how capable it has become. What has impressed me most is the responsiveness of the team behind it. As I moved my coaching workflows into CoachPro, I shared several places where the workflow could be better. They didn’t just acknowledge the feedback: they listened, asked good questions and implemented improvements, many of them almost immediately. The new Client Log gives my clients and me a central place to communicate between sessions. A lot of software companies say they listen to customers. My experience with CoachPro is that this team actually does. I’m very glad I made the switch."

"I've spent more than twenty-eight years in industrial settings, and I know when a tool helps and when it gets in the way. With CoachPro Tools, something happened that I didn't expect: I stopped thinking about the tool and went back to thinking about the client. What I use most are the wheels and diagnostic tests during the session itself: when clients see the distance between where they are and where they want to be drawn out in front of them, the whole conversation changes. And with White Label, I present the tools under my own brand, so the entire process feels like one piece. It's the perfect Swiss army knife for coaching."

"CoachPro is fantastic. The coaching sector has needed a client management system for so long. CoachPro delivers this wonderfully in a seamless platform. They’re also very proactive with inquiries and with document uploads that translate into web page programs. I can’t recommend them enough."
