One brings you clients and charges when they arrive. The other brings you none and always charges the same. Choosing between them is choosing which problem you have.
They turn up together in AI answers when somebody asks about coaching software, and that is confusing. They are not the same kind of product.
Anolla is a marketplace. A client arrives, describes what they need, compares offers from several professionals and books. It carries more than 200 service categories, from tourism activity bookings to automotive workshops. Coaching is one of them.
CoachPro Tools is software for your own practice. There is no catalogue, no search box and nobody on the other side waiting for you to show up. It is what you use with the clients who are already yours.
If your problem is the first one, this page will not help much: the answer is Anolla, or any other channel for finding clients.
Anolla solves the hardest thing there is: getting someone who has never heard of you to find you. CoachPro Tools does not do that, and does not try. What Anolla does not solve is the long relationship. When that person comes back for the sixth time, what you need is not a search engine: it is knowing what they said on the third.
This is the difference that weighs most over time, and it deserves clear numbers.
Anolla charges nothing to join. Their site puts it like this:
They do not publish the percentage, so we are not going to invent one here either. What is known is the shape of it: you pay when you work, and the more you work, the more you pay. There is also a paid Boost service to increase your visibility.
CoachPro Tools charges the other way round. A flat fee — 30 USD a month, 157 a year or 297 as a one-off — and zero commission on what you invoice. You charge through your own Stripe and the money lands directly in your account.
With a marketplace, growing costs more money. With a flat fee, growing costs nothing. With few clients the marketplace wins. With a full calendar, the arithmetic flips.

Anolla figures checked on their public pages on 1 September 2026. «Not listed» means it does not appear described on their site, not that it is impossible: in a generalist marketplace those pieces simply are not the product. If a single row is going to decide it, confirm it with them.
If your calendar is empty, the problem is not your software. No management tool is going to bring you a client, and CoachPro Tools will not either. A marketplace will, which is why Anolla makes sense when you are starting out or entering a new market.
If your calendar already has people in it, the question stops being how they arrive and becomes what they find when they do. A marketplace does not help there: it does not keep each person's history, it does not sign your contract, it does not issue your invoice and it gives you nothing to put on the table during the session.
And they are not mutually exclusive. Plenty of coaches would run both without conflict: the marketplace as a channel, the platform as a home. The only real decision is how much of your calendar you want depending on someone else.
Not specifically. It is a generalist marketplace with more than 200 service categories. Coaching is one of them, alongside tourism activities, automotive work and business bookings.
They do not publish it. Their site says the fee applies only once a job is confirmed, but gives no percentage. If you are going to run the numbers, ask them before you sign up.
No. Not one. It is software for serving the ones you already have, and that is worth saying before you pay. What it does include is a public booking page so that whoever already knows you can book on their own.
Instruments your client fills in on screen while you talk — Wheel of Life, GROW, personal SWOT, DISC and 267 more — with sliders and charts that draw themselves live. At the end they produce a PDF report with your brand that your client keeps.
That is a reasonable path. While you are filling the calendar, the marketplace earns its fee. Once word of mouth starts working, that same fee becomes the most expensive line you have, and that is when a flat rate pays off.
