Coaching.com does not sell quite what we sell. It sells four things at once, and only one of them is software. Working out which of the four you wanted is the whole comparison.
Coaching.com is a large company in this sector and its software side is well covered. Where we overlap, we overlap properly.
Coaching.com publishes no prices: its business page has a slider and the price comes from how many active coaches you are, not how many clients you have. And what you buy is not software alone: it is four businesses together — training, a directory, a community and a platform. CoachPro Tools costs 30 USD a month, is only the fourth, and the price is written down.
Coaching.com presents itself with four pillars. Three of them are not software: they are training, visibility and a network. Before comparing prices it is worth knowing which of the four you are paying for.

Coaching.com details checked on their site on 2 September 2026. We give no figure for their monthly price because they do not publish one: you have to use their slider to say how many coaches you are, and beyond five they ask you to contact sales.
The underlying difference is not about features: it is about the business model. Coaching.com charges per active coach because its natural customer is a company managing several coaches. CoachPro Tools charges a flat 30 USD because its natural customer is a coach working alone.
That changes even the question you should be asking. With them, how many of us are there. With us, what do I do during the session: the 271 tools — Wheel of Life, GROW, personal SWOT, DISC and 267 more — that your client fills in on screen while you talk, with a PDF report carrying your brand at the end.
One is built to coordinate coaches. The other, to work with clients. Neither is better: it is about who they are talking to.
If you manage several coaches or you are after visibility, Coaching.com plays in a league we are not in. The directory, the training and the per-coach reporting exist because their customer is an organisation, and we do not have that.
If you work alone, ask for the price first. Since they do not publish it you cannot compare it with our 30 USD without going through their slider, and to that you add 500 or 1,000 USD of implementation if you take it.
And if what you lack is session material, look at the table again: their site advertises no interactive tools and no branded report. That is where our 271 come in.
They do not publish it. Their business page has a slider where you say how many active coaches and administrators you are, and the total comes from that, with a minimum of one coach. Beyond five they ask you to contact sales. Paying annually gives you two free months.
What they do publish are the implementation add-ons: 1,000 USD for the Essentials package with four training sessions, and 500 for Quick Start with one. Both are optional.
No. They say "unlimited active clients" on every plan: what counts towards the price is coaches, not clients. CoachPro Tools does not charge per client either, and on top of that the price is the same whether you are one person or several.
A directory listing coach profiles and company pages, where someone looking for a coach can find you. It is a lead channel, not a platform feature. CoachPro Tools has nothing like it.
Instruments the client fills in on screen during the session — Wheel of Life, GROW, personal SWOT, DISC and 267 more — with sliders and charts drawn live. When you finish they produce a PDF report carrying your brand that your client keeps.
If you are there for the directory or the training, no: that goes entirely when you leave. If you are there only for the software, compare their monthly total with our 30 USD and look at which of the four pillars you actually used last month.
