What it is
If you use CoachPro Tools to work with clients in the European Union, the GDPR requires you to have a contract with whoever processes that data on your behalf. That contract exists, it is signed, and it belongs to you: it is the Data Processing Agreement.
You are the controller of your clients' data. CoachPro Tools is the processor, because it hosts and processes that data on your behalf. The agreement is what puts that in writing.
Why it is not published openly
It is not an informational text: it is a contractual document between your account and Freedom Coaching LLC. That is why it goes to people who have an account, rather than being left open to anyone who tries the address.
How to get it
You open it from your own session. Log in and open it from the footer; from there you can also download it signed as a PDF.
If you are a customer and cannot open it
Write to us and we will get it to you.
