2026 Comparison

CoachPro Tools vs Satori

Almost every platform limits how many clients you can have. Satori limits something rarer: how many appointments you can take in a month. And that is the figure worth checking before the price.

CoachPro Tools VS Satori

Client portalEach in its own way, but both.

The short answer

Satori's entry plan costs 33 USD and comes with 60 session bookings a month, 10 active clients and 3 programmes. It is not a cap on features: it is a cap on how many times you can be booked. CoachPro Tools costs 30 USD and counts nothing: not appointments, not clients, not programmes.

Do the sum before choosing. Ten clients on a weekly session is about 40 bookings a month: you fit in the 33 plan. Fifteen clients is about 60, and there you are right on the edge. At twenty you have to move to the 49 plan, even though you still have far fewer than the 50 clients it allows.

Where Satori wins

What no figure in the table explains

A booking cap says a lot about who each platform is for. Counting appointments makes sense when the product is the calendar: booking, charging, reminding. Satori does that well and charges by usage.

CoachPro Tools does not count appointments because the calendar is not the product: it is one piece alongside the 271 tools — Wheel of Life, GROW, personal SWOT, DISC and 267 more — that your client fills in on screen during the session, the built-in video call and the PDF report carrying your brand.

One charges you by how many times you sit down with someone. The other charges for nothing in particular. If your volume is high, that difference shows up every month.

Verdict

If you are studying towards a certification, the Scholar plan is free and comes with unlimited pro-bono clients. There is no comparison to make there: we have no free plan.

If you already work at volume, count last month's sessions before looking at the price. Past 60 the 33 plan does not work, and past 120 the real comparison becomes the 124 USD one.

And if what you lack is session material, there is the other difference: their site advertises no interactive tools, no built-in video call and no branded report. That is where our 271 come in.

Frequently asked questions

How many sessions can I book in Satori?

Sixty a month on the Essentials plan at 33 USD, one hundred and twenty on Pro at 49 and unlimited on Leader at 124. It is a booking cap, separate from the active client cap.

CoachPro Tools has no appointment counter: we searched the code and there is no limit at all.

How much does Satori cost?

Essentials 33 USD a month with 10 active clients, 3 programmes and 60 bookings. Pro 49 with 50 clients, 10 programmes and 120 bookings. Leader 124 with 150 clients, 50 programmes and unlimited bookings. And Scholar, free for certification students. Paying annually gives you two free months.

Does Satori charge a commission?

No. They say they take nothing on your clients' payments, though PayPal's or Stripe's own fees still apply. We do not charge a commission either. A tie.

What are the interactive tools?

Instruments the client fills in on screen during the session — Wheel of Life, GROW, personal SWOT, DISC and 267 more — with sliders and charts drawn live. When you finish they produce a PDF report carrying your brand that your client keeps.

Is it worth switching if I already use Satori?

If you are comfortable and never hit the 60 or 120 bookings, there is no urgency: they schedule much the same. The useful question arrives the month you run out of appointments, or the day you want something to work with inside the session.
