2026 Comparison

CoachPro Tools vs Quenza

Of every platform on this site, Quenza is the only one selling the same thing we do: a library of tools. Which is why this comparison is settled somewhere unusual — how many you get for what you pay.

CoachPro Tools VS Quenza

Start with what ties

Quenza is built for the work between sessions and it does that well. It addresses therapists, life coaches, dietitians, social workers, counsellors and occupational psychologists. Where we overlap, we overlap properly.

The short answer

In Quenza the library has a meter: over 100 activities for 25 USD, over 200 for 50, over 400 for 125. The catalogue is not what you buy — it is what you unlock. In CoachPro Tools the 271 tools are on every plan, from 30 USD. And there is a second difference: Quenza's site does not mention video calls, scheduling or payments.

125 USDQuenza Impact

30 USDCoachPro Tools

The bars are proportional to the number of activities, not to price. CoachPro Tools' bar is the same on the 30 USD monthly plan, the 157 annual and the 297 one-off: there is no plan that unlocks more and no plan that gives less.

To match our 271 in Quenza you have to move up to the 125 USD plan. That gives you 400, more than we do. But it costs four times as much, and it still brings no scheduling, no video call and no payments.

Quenza figures checked on their pricing page on 1 September 2026. Rows that say "not mentioned" mean exactly that: their site does not advertise the feature, not that we have verified it does not exist.

What no figure in the table explains

The two libraries are used at different moments. Quenza's activities are sent: the client opens them on their phone during the week and you see the result afterwards. That is their thesis, and it is well built.

CoachPro Tools' 271 tools are filled in while you talk: sliders moving and charts drawing on screen during the session, with a PDF report carrying your brand at the end. They can also be sent by link for the client to do alone, but the place they are designed for is the hour you share.

One equips the six days. The other equips the hour. If the session is already sorted and what is missing is what the client does the rest of the week, Quenza is the more direct answer.

Where Quenza wins

Verdict

If what you want is to equip the client's week — send them exercises, have them done on a phone, message them inside the platform — Quenza is built for that and does it better than we do. And with 30 days and no card you can check that without risking anything.

If what you want is not to hold two subscriptions, look at what is missing: scheduling, video calls and payments do not appear on their site. With Quenza you still need another tool for those, and the sum stops being 25 against 30.

And if the catalogue is what matters to you, the arithmetic is simple: 271 tools for 30 USD on any plan, against 100 for 25 or 400 for 125. The crossover sits at 125.

Frequently asked questions

How many activities does each Quenza plan include?

Over 100 on the 25 USD plan, over 200 on the 50 and over 400 on the 125. In CoachPro Tools it is 271 on every plan, including the one-off payment.

Does Quenza have scheduling and video calls?

Their page does not mention them, nor payments or invoicing. A coach using Quenza still needs another tool to schedule, to run the call and to take payment.

Can I create my own tools?

In Quenza yes, it has a builder. In CoachPro Tools no: you can propose a tool you use in your practice and the development team builds it. If creating your own is what you are after, that difference decides it.

What are the interactive tools?

Instruments the client fills in on screen during the session — Wheel of Life, GROW, personal SWOT, DISC and 267 more — with sliders and charts drawn live. When you finish they produce a PDF report carrying your brand that your client keeps.

Is it worth switching if I already use Quenza?

It depends what else you are paying for. If you have Quenza plus a calendar plus something to take payment, add those three bills up before comparing. If Quenza is enough and you do not charge from there, there is no urgency.
