How do I take payment from coaching clients inside the platform?

You connect your own Stripe account from your dashboard and from then on you charge clients without leaving CoachPro Tools. If you do not have a Stripe account yet, it gets created during the same process. The payment lands in your account, not ours.

Does CoachPro Tools take a cut of what I charge?

No, and this is not a marketing promise but how it is built. The model is Stripe Standard accounts with direct charges: you are the merchant, and the money goes from your client to your Stripe account without passing through CoachPro Tools at any point. There is no platform commission because structurally there is nowhere to charge one. Separate from that are Stripe's own fees for processing the payment, which are theirs and set by Stripe.

Does the money pass through CoachPro Tools?

No. With direct charges the payment goes straight from the client to your Stripe account. CoachPro Tools is not an intermediary, holds no funds and has nothing to transfer to you afterwards. That also means you do not depend on our payout timing: you depend on Stripe's, which are yours.

Can I test before charging for real?

Yes. Test mode and live mode coexist, so you can set the flow up and check it before moving real money.

Are payments an extra cost?

No. Included on all three plans: monthly 30 USD, annual 157 USD, or Lifetime 297 USD as a one-off. The only thing paid separately are Stripe's processing fees, charged by Stripe directly.

How to switch it on

Connect your Stripe account from your dashboard. If you do not have one, it is created in the same flow.
Stripe confirms your account can accept charges. That is Stripe's call, not ours.
You can work in test mode before moving real money: both modes coexist.
From then on you charge from inside the platform, and the payment lands in your account.

Worth knowing

It works wherever Stripe operates, because the account is yours and you open it. The country is recorded on the connection. If Stripe works in your country and your account can accept charges, you take payment; if not, you do not. Stripe decides that.

And an honest note on fees: CoachPro Tools takes nothing from your revenue, but Stripe does charge for processing each payment. That fee is Stripe's, set by Stripe, and you would pay it just the same using any other tool that connects to them.
