Each integration does one specific thing, and not all of them work in both directions. GoHighLevel and NinjaPipe receive your clients from CoachPro Tools but do not bring contacts back. Zapier does work in both directions.
Zapier, the API, webhooks, GoHighLevel and NinjaPipe work with your clients. None of them sends sessions, bookings or payments; your schedule is handled by Google Calendar and the iCal link.

There is no native Make app. You connect through the outgoing webhook (to receive your clients) and the client API v1 (to send clients into CoachPro Tools). The same method works for n8n and Pabbly.
With Zapier, the API, webhooks, GoHighLevel and NinjaPipe, your client data travels, such as first name, last name, email and phone. There are no events for sessions, bookings or payments.
