CoachPro Tools + Stripe

You get paid through your own Stripe account, and the money lands straight in it.

The short answer

You connect your own Stripe account from My account → Payments. You are the merchant: the money from each payment goes straight into your account and CoachPro Tools takes no commission. You create the charge from a client’s record and send them a payment link.

CoachPro Tools never touches the money at any point.

How it works

  1. In My account → Payments you click “Connect my Stripe account”. If you already have an account you pick it; if not, you create one in the same step.
  2. If Stripe still needs some details from you, you complete them in your Stripe dashboard. Once your account is ready, you can take payment.
  3. From a client’s record (or from an issued invoice) you create the charge: description, amount and currency.
  4. You send your client the payment link, and they pay on a screen with your branding.
  5. The money lands in your Stripe account, and you can have your invoices marked as paid when Stripe collects.

Worth knowing

You create the charge and your client pays with your link. There is no payment step inside the public booking page: booking and paying are separate.

With installment plans, your client pays the first installment through the link and their card is saved. The following ones are charged automatically on the due day. They do not use Stripe subscriptions: if you disconnect your account, they stop being charged automatically.

If a client’s bank asks for authentication on an installment, that charge cannot go through on its own: you send them the link for that installment so they can pay it.

“Mark my invoices when Stripe collects” is optional and off by default. It only checks the status of the charges you created from CoachPro Tools; it does not look at the rest of your Stripe activity.

It is included in every plan, with no extra cost from our side.

Frequently asked questions

Does CoachPro Tools take a commission on my payments?

No. The payment is made in your Stripe account, you are the merchant, and CoachPro Tools charges no commission. The money does not pass through us.

Do I need to already have a Stripe account?

No. When you connect, you pick your account if you already have one, and if not you create it in the same step.

Can I charge for a program in installments?

Yes. You choose from 2 to 60 installments and charge them every month, every two months or every three. Your client pays the first one through the link, and the rest are charged automatically on that same card. Each installment generates its invoice or receipt with your numbering.

Do my clients pay when they book a session?

No. The public booking page does not take payment. You create the charge from the client’s record and send them the link; if you want, you require a signed contract first.

Is it an extra cost?

No. It is included in all three plans: monthly at 30 USD, annual at 157 USD, or Lifetime at 297 USD as a one-time payment.
