CoachPro Tools + Google Calendar

Your sessions in your Google, and your busy hours kept off your booking page.

The short answer

You connect your Google account from the Agenda, and two things happen. CoachPro Tools writes your sessions to a calendar of its own called “CoachPro Tools” inside your Google. And it reads only the busy hours of the calendars you choose, so nobody books over something you already had.

For your other events it only sees whether you are free or busy: never the title or the details.

How it works

  1. In the Agenda, you click “Connect your Google Calendar” and authorize with your Google account.
  2. A secondary calendar called “CoachPro Tools” is created in your Google. Your sessions and blocks show up there, kept apart from your own calendars.
  3. You choose which calendars count as busy: your personal one, your work one, or any others you like.
  4. Those hours disappear from your availability, both in your agenda and on your public booking page.
  5. If you move or cancel a session, the event is updated or deleted in Google too.

What's included

Your sessions in Google

On a calendar of their own, “CoachPro Tools”, separate from yours.

Busy hours respected

Your booking page never offers slots you already have taken.

You pick the calendars

Only the ones you tick count as busy.

Your events stay private

It reads free or busy, with no titles or details.

Minimal client data

The event carries a title, type, name and video link. No email, no phone, no notes.

Apple Calendar and Outlook

A read-only subscription link (iCal) with your sessions.

Worth knowing

It syncs your availability; it does not import events. Your Google events do not become CoachPro Tools sessions: they are only used to know when you are busy.

Syncing happens from your dashboard. A booking that arrives through your public page shows up in Google the next time you open the Agenda.

It does not create Google Meet links. Every session comes with its own built-in video call, and if you prefer Meet or Zoom you can paste your link into the session.

It is included in every plan at no extra cost.

Frequently asked questions

Does CoachPro Tools see my personal Google events?

No. For the calendars you choose it only reads whether a time slot is free or busy. The title, guests and description of your events never reach the platform.

Do my Google events show up as sessions in CoachPro Tools?

No. They are only used to block those hours in your availability. Sessions are created in CoachPro Tools and written to your Google from there.

Does it work with Apple Calendar or Outlook?

Yes, in read-only mode. From the Agenda you generate a subscription link (iCal) and add it to Apple Calendar, Outlook or any calendar that accepts subscriptions. You can revoke it whenever you want.

Does it create a Google Meet link?

No. The session comes with its own 1:1 video call. If you work with Meet or Zoom, you paste your link into the session and it goes into the Google event.

Is it an extra cost?

No. It is included in all three plans: monthly at 30 USD, annual at 157 USD, or Lifetime at 297 USD as a one-time payment.
