CoachPro Tools + NinjaPipe

Every client you create or edit lands as a contact in your NinjaPipe, with nothing to copy by hand.

The short answer

You paste your NinjaPipe API key into the dashboard and, from then on, every client you create or edit in CoachPro Tools is created or updated as a contact in your NinjaPipe. New ones carry «CoachPro Tools» as their source.

It is a one-way push, from CoachPro Tools to NinjaPipe. It is included in the monthly (30 USD), annual (157 USD) and Lifetime (297 USD) plans.

How it works

  1. In NinjaPipe, open Workspace Settings → NinjaPipe API, type a name and click «Generate API Key».
  2. Copy the full key (it starts with np_).
  3. In CoachPro Tools, under My account → Integrations → NinjaPipe, paste it and click «Connect». The key is validated and stored encrypted.
  4. With «Send all my clients» you push the ones you already had in one go.
  5. From then on, every new or edited client is sent automatically.

Contacts kept current

Each client is created or updated as a contact in your NinjaPipe.

No duplicates

It looks the contact up by email; if it does not exist, it creates it with the source «CoachPro Tools».

Client data

First name, last name, email and phone.

Bulk send

The «Send all my clients» button pushes the ones you already had, in batches that respect NinjaPipe's limit.

Protected key

It is validated when you connect, stored encrypted and never shown, not even to you.

Disconnect any time

From the same panel, with no extra steps.

Worth knowing

It is a one-way push. CoachPro Tools sends clients to NinjaPipe; NinjaPipe contacts do not arrive in CoachPro Tools on their own.

Clients with neither an email nor a phone are not sent.

Only first name, last name, email and phone travel. Custom fields are not sent.

What gets created in my NinjaPipe?

One contact per client, with first name, last name, email and phone. If the email already exists in NinjaPipe, that contact is updated; if not, it is created with the source «CoachPro Tools».

Do NinjaPipe contacts come into CoachPro Tools?

Not automatically. The push is one way. To bring them in, you set it up in NinjaPipe against the CoachPro Tools v1 clients API.
