CoachPro Tools + Zapier

Your clients flow out to the other apps in your business, and in from them, with nothing to copy by hand.

The short answer

Zapier works in both directions. When you create or edit a client in CoachPro Tools, it can start a Zap that sends them to another app. And any app connected to Zapier can create or update clients in your account.

You connect it from your dashboard with an API key that you create and paste into Zapier. It is included in the monthly (30 USD), annual (157 USD) and Lifetime (297 USD) plans.

How it works

  1. In My account → Integrations, under Zapier, click «Connect with Zapier» and accept the connection in your Zapier account.
  2. In the «Receive clients from another platform» section, create an API key and copy it right away: it is shown only once.
  3. In Zapier, create a Zap, pick CoachPro Tools and paste the key when it asks for it.
  4. To start a Zap when a client is new or edited, use the New Client or Updated Client trigger.
  5. To create clients in CoachPro Tools from another app, use the Create or Update Client action.

Worth knowing

Zapier only works with clients. There are no events for sessions, appointments, payments or deletions: what travels is the client record.

An edited client is only sent if their name, email or phone changes. Changing other details does not start the Zap.

Custom fields are not sent: the data is first name, last name, email, phone and dates.

What can I automate with Zapier?
