CoachPro Tools + GoHighLevel

Every client you create or edit lands as a contact in your own GoHighLevel sub-account.

The short answer

You connect your own GoHighLevel sub-account with a Location ID and a token, and from then on every client you create or edit in CoachPro Tools is created or updated as a contact in your GHL, with the «coachpro» tag.

It is a one-way push, from CoachPro Tools to your GoHighLevel. It is included in the monthly (30 USD), annual (157 USD) and Lifetime (297 USD) plans.

How it works

  1. In My account → Integrations → GoHighLevel, paste the Location ID of your sub-account (you find it under Settings → Business Profile).
  2. In GoHighLevel, create a Private Integration (Settings → Private Integrations) with three permissions: contacts.readonly, contacts.write and locations.readonly.
  3. Copy the token GHL shows you, paste it into CoachPro Tools and click «Connect». It is checked against your account and stored encrypted.
  4. With «Send all my clients» you push the ones you already had in one go.
  5. From then on, every new or edited client is sent automatically.

Each client is created or updated as a contact in your GHL (upsert).

It is stored encrypted and never returns to the browser, not even to you. You can disconnect whenever you like.

Worth knowing

It is a one-way push. CoachPro Tools sends clients to your GoHighLevel, but it does not import contacts from GoHighLevel.

This integration connects the GoHighLevel sub-account you already have. It is different from the GoHighLevel account that comes as a Lifetime plan bonus: they are separate things.

Only first name, last name, email and phone travel. Custom fields are not sent.

If you disconnect, your token is deleted and clients stop being sent; what is already in GoHighLevel stays there.

It is included in the monthly, annual and Lifetime plans, at no extra cost.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as the GoHighLevel account from the Lifetime bonus?

No. This integration connects your own GoHighLevel sub-account to CoachPro Tools. The bonus account is a different thing; you can see the details on the bonus page.

What gets created in my GoHighLevel?

One contact per client, with first name, last name, email, phone and the «coachpro» tag. If the contact already exists it is updated: GoHighLevel de-duplicates by email or phone.

Do GoHighLevel contacts come into CoachPro Tools?

No. The push is one way, from CoachPro Tools to your GoHighLevel.

What do I need to connect it?

The Location ID of your sub-account and the token of a Private Integration with the permissions contacts.readonly, contacts.write and locations.readonly. The token is tested when you connect and stored encrypted.

Is it an extra cost?
