CoachPro Tools + API, webhooks and Make

Send your clients to Make, n8n, Pabbly or your CRM by webhook, and create clients from any platform through the API.

The short answer

CoachPro Tools has no app of its own in Make: it connects with two standard pieces. An outgoing webhook sends every new or edited client to the address you choose. And an incoming v1 API lets another platform create or update clients in your account.

It works with Make, n8n, Pabbly and any platform that sends or receives data over the internet. It is included in the monthly (30 USD), annual (157 USD) and Lifetime (297 USD) plans.

How it works

  1. To send clients out: in your platform (Make, n8n, Pabbly or your CRM) create an incoming webhook. It gives you an address that starts with https://.
  2. In My account → Integrations → «Send to another platform», paste that address, give it a name and click «Add address». If you like, add a signing secret.
  3. Click «Test»: your platform receives a sample client and recognises the fields. With «Send all» you push the clients you already had.
  4. To receive clients: in «Receive clients from another platform», create an API key and copy it right away, because it is shown only once.
  5. From your platform, send a POST to your incoming address, with the key in the Authorization: Bearer header (or in X-API-Key) and the client data.

What's included

Outgoing webhook

A JSON POST for every new or edited client (client.created and client.updated).

Optional signature

With a secret, every delivery carries an HMAC sha256 signature in the X-CoachPro-Signature header.

Test and resend

One button sends a sample client, and «Send all» pushes the clients you already had.

v1 clients API

GET to list or look up by email, and POST to create or update a client.

Custom fields

The API reads and writes your custom fields by name. An empty field does not erase what was there.

Revocable keys

Up to 10 active keys. Each is shown only once, only its fingerprint is stored, and you can revoke it.

Worth knowing

It is a client connection, built on open standards. There is no native Make app: you connect with the outgoing webhook and the incoming v1 API.

The API POST creates the client or updates them: it looks up the email first and, if there is none, the phone. At least one of the two is required.

The API accepts form data and Cal.com and Lunacal webhooks.

The outgoing webhook does not send custom fields. It supports up to 5 addresses per account, https only, and retries up to 5 times if a delivery fails.

There are no endpoints to delete clients or for sessions or appointments. The API is meant for servers: it does not accept direct calls from a browser (no CORS).

It is included in the monthly, annual and Lifetime plans, at no extra cost.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a CoachPro Tools app in Make?

No. With Make, n8n or Pabbly you connect through a webhook to get clients out and through the v1 API to bring them in. Zapier does have its own integration.

What does my platform receive through the webhook?

A JSON POST with the client (name, first and last name separately, email and phone) every time you create or edit one. The event arrives as client.created or client.updated.

How do I check a delivery really comes from CoachPro Tools?

With an optional signing secret. If you set one, every delivery includes the X-CoachPro-Signature header with an HMAC sha256 signature of the body, which your platform can verify.

Can I create clients from another platform?

Yes, with the v1 API. You send a POST with your API key and at least an email or a phone. If the client already exists they are updated; if not, they are created. You can also list clients or look one up by email with GET.

Is it an extra cost?

No. It is included in the monthly 30 USD, annual 157 USD and Lifetime 297 USD (one-time payment) plans.
