Open Payments in My account
Open My account → Payments. This screen configures the collection account and requires no assigned client. It is not your own account’s payment history or your clients’ invoice list.
Connect Stripe to accept client payments and create proposals with one link to complete a questionnaire, sign the contract, make the first payment and book the first session.

Connection and pending requirements.
Open My account → Payments. This screen configures the collection account and requires no assigned client. It is not your own account’s payment history or your clients’ invoice list.
Click Connect my Stripe account. The external workflow lets you choose and authorise the relevant account. Check which account is being authorised and return to verify the result. Clicking alone does not prove connection completed.
Check the session and try again. If it still does not open, review the issue with Support. Do not create a payment request on the assumption a valid connection already exists.
If status indicates pending details, open Stripe’s dashboard and complete its requests. Return to Payments and check again. A connected account can still be unable to accept payments.
Review the account identifier and ready-to-collect status. The screen checks Stripe status; do not infer it merely from completing authorisation.
Invoices, client workflow and disconnection.
The Mark my invoices when Stripe collects checkbox permits checking payment requests created through CoachPro to update related invoices. Review the notice after changing it. It does not import all Stripe activity or all external invoices.
The checkbox returns to its previous state. Reopen the block and check retained settings before retrying before relying on automatic updates.
To request a payment, open Clients and select the correct record, then follow Payments and instalments. Configuring connection does not assign payment to the selected client or send a link. Check recipient and amount when preparing each request.
Click Disconnect and read confirmation. Cancel retains the connection. If removed, check Payments again. Disconnecting does not automatically cancel issued documents, refund payments or itself delete the Stripe account.
Set up one link and track enrollment from the questionnaire to the first session.
Open My account → Payments and find Proposals. One link brings together the questionnaire, contract, first payment and booking.
To activate a proposal, you need Stripe enabled, an active public booking page and your signature saved in Contracts. If you choose a custom form, it must require both a name and an email address.
Proposals is unavailable to AppSumo accounts without White Label. Trying to open it shows the White Label notice used for electronic signatures. You need White Label enabled to use this workflow.
Click New proposal and enter the Name. Under Form, choose Intake, Onboarding or an active custom form.
Select the Contract template and Appointment type. Enter the First payment and choose the Currency; check the amount before clicking Save. The new proposal appears as Inactive.
In the list, click Activate and check that the status becomes Active. Then click Copy link to share it with the client.
Use Edit to review and save the details. Deactivate changes the status to Inactive. Copying the link does not send it to the client.
Read the message: if Stripe is missing, connect and enable your account; if the calendar is unavailable, enable your public booking page; if your signature is missing, save it in Contracts.
If the custom form cannot identify the client, add a name question and an email field, both required. Also check that the form, template and appointment type are active. Correct the issue and click Activate again.
Enrollments shows the person, proposal, date and current step: Questionnaire, Contract, Payment, Booking or Complete. Click Refresh to check progress.
Once a client record is linked, click Open client record. Before the client is identified, the entry shows Questionnaire pending without that button. This list tracks enrollment progress; Payment does not mean the person has already paid.
The client opens the link and sees the name, amount and 4 steps: Questionnaire, Contract, First payment and First session.
They click Get started and complete the questionnaire on the same page. If prompted, they complete the security check first. Submitting the answers advances the workflow to the contract; they can click Refresh status if the change is not yet visible.
The client clicks Continue: Contract, reads the document and signs it. They return to the proposal and click Continue: First payment.
On the payment page, they check the description and amount, enter the requested details and click Pay. Signing the contract does not confirm payment; they must wait for payment confirmation.
Once payment is confirmed, the client clicks Book your first session. If Check my booking is still shown, they can click it to check again.
The link opens the calendar with the proposal’s coupon and appointment type. The client chooses a date and time, uses the same email as in the questionnaire and confirms the booking. The coupon is single-use; paying does not automatically reserve a time.
Check that Stripe is enabled and the proposal is Active before sharing its link. Review the form, contract, appointment type, amount and currency. In Enrollments, check each person’s current step: creating or activating a proposal does not confirm their payment or booking.
