Distinguish a saved profile from a published one.
Open Directory from the user menu. You can also find its entry in My account. Your existing profile or the creation screen appears.
If no profile exists yet, read the conditions shown in the panel. Select acceptance when appropriate and select Create my profile. The details you enter here are intended for your public profile.
Check the acceptance box. If you already have a profile, edit the existing one rather than starting another.
Check public fields and requirements.
Select the photo control, choose the file and check the thumbnail. This image is separate from your account photo. A photo is required to publish.
You can prepare the other details and save with Publish disabled. Add a photo and check its thumbnail before enabling publication.
Under Your full name, enter the name to display in the directory. It must contain at least two characters. Complete the company field if you want it displayed.
Complete In one sentence, who you help and how using 10–90 characters. Check the counter and preview to ensure the whole sentence is clear.
Under Your introduction, write 40–800 characters. Review the text visitors will see; save after completing the other required fields.
Select the country; it is required. Enter the city when appropriate and choose the working format to display.
Enter languages and specialities separated by commas. Both fields are required. Up to eight languages and five specialities are kept; check the list after saving.
Select one or two areas you work in. Check the selected areas before saving.
Select at least one. If you try to choose more, keep the two that should represent this profile.
Review years of experience and certifications if you want to include them. Up to five comma-separated certifications are kept. Check their spelling: these are details declared in your profile.
Under Your profile address, review the public-link identifier. Check the full link after saving. If you change the address, copy the link again before sharing it.
Add WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn or Instagram only if you want them displayed on the profile. Include the international phone prefix and check addresses. Enter your website in its own field.
Read the message and correct the indicated field. LinkedIn needs a linkedin.com address; Instagram accepts a username or its address. You can leave an unused channel empty.
Enable Let people message me from my profile to display it. Also review contact channels; disabling the form does not remove buttons for channels you have completed.
Check the result outside the editor.
Review the top card while editing: name, headline, photo, areas and contacts. The preview helps you check content; you still need to save.
Enable Publish my profile in the directory to make it public. Leave it disabled to prepare or withdraw the profile. The change takes effect when you save.
Select Save and wait for the message. Correct any field indicated by the panel. Do not close assuming that the preview confirms saving.
Complete name, address, country, headline, introduction, languages, specialities and areas, including when saving without publishing. Publishing also requires a photo. Save again and check confirmation.
In the published-profile section, select View my profile. Check the public result and contact channels before sharing. If you change anything, return to the editor and save.
Check Publish my profile and the Save result. If disabled or an error occurred, the preview does not mean a public profile is available.
Use the link or badge for the published profile.
Select Copy beside the public address. Paste it where you want to share it and check that it belongs to the current profile.
Choose WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Email. The channel opens with a prepared message. Review recipient and text and confirm sending there; opening the button does not confirm delivery.
Choose the dark or light version and select Copy code. Paste it into an HTML block on your website. Check the badge and confirm that its link opens your profile.
Check the public profile before sharing its link. The editor preview does not confirm that your changes are saved or published.
