Prepare your signature

Drawing, name and saving.

01

Open Contracts for configuration

Open My account → Contracts. No assigned client is required to prepare signature and templates. To create a document for a person, open that person’s record afterwards.

Open Contracts for configuration
02

Draw and name your signature

Draw in the area with a finger or mouse and complete How you sign. Clear removes the editor drawing. Review before using Save my signature.

Draw and name your signature
If drawing or name is missing

Complete both elements. An incomplete-signature notice does not confirm a new signature was saved.

03

Save the signature separately

Click Save my signature and reopen the block to check it was retained. It is reused when creating contracts; changing it later does not itself change existing documents. Saving a text template does not replace this button.

02

Prepare templates

Text, variables, versions and next workflow.

04

Prepare a new template

Click New template and fill in name and text. If using an example, review and adapt it before saving. Loading an example starts a new template; it does not confirm professional review of its content.

05

Use variables shown by the screen

Copy bracketed words from the list exactly. They are replaced when preparing the person’s document. An unknown variable can remain literal: review preview before sending from the record.

06

Review text and unresolved details

Check complete text and variables requiring client or coach data. Do not put one person’s personal data into a template reused for others. This manual’s sample does not replace review of your own document.

Review text and unresolved details
If the name is missing or text is too short

Enter a name and text of at least twenty characters to pass editor validation. This minimum check does not certify document quality or validity.

07

Save and reopen the template

Click Save template and check it appears under Your templates. Reopen it to review retained content. Changing a saved template’s text increases its version; changing only its name does not create a new content version.

Save and reopen the template
08

Review before editing or deleting

Click its name to edit an existing template. Delete asks for confirmation; cancelling retains it. Review the selected template and existing documents separately: editing a template does not automatically rewrite prior contracts.

09

Continue under Signatures with the correct record

Open the person’s record and follow Signatures to review, create and share the contract. A saved template is not automatically assigned to a client and does not prove receipt or signing.

Check the result

Check that signature and template are saved. Saving a template does not create or send a client contract.
