List and distinct permissions.
Open My account → Testimonials. This lists available account responses and requires no selected client. It is not a list of every survey response.
Reopen it and review responses in the person’s record. There may be no responses with the permissions used by this list. A load error does not mean no responses exist.
Review how each response appears. Text permission and image permission are separate. With text permission but no image permission, the card is anonymous; do not add the person’s name or photo yourself.
Copy, review and withdrawal.
Use Copy text when available. The notice confirms clipboard copying rather than publication or sending. Check pasted content; the name is included only when the record permits displaying it.
Read rating, date and text before using a response. Text availability does not imply photo availability. If View photo appears, review that resource separately and retain response context.
Click Withdraw permission and review confirmation. Cancel retains the current record. Withdrawing updates permissions and removes the photo reference; check the list afterwards. It does not retrieve copies published or shared outside the platform.
Copying text does not publish it. Check permissions and content before using it outside the platform.
