Prepare keys

Provider, model and saving.

01

Open AI and review registered settings

Open My account → AI. No assigned client is required to configure keys. The list shows stored providers and models without revealing keys; an empty list requires adding a credential.

If loading fails

Reopen the section when connected. Selectors can be disabled; this does not prove server keys were deleted.

02

Choose the key’s provider

Select OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini to match the credential being saved. It must be an API key for that provider; a website login password is not an API key.

Choose the key’s provider
03

Review the optional model

The model can be left empty to use the feature’s default. If entered, use an identifier valid for the provider and task. Do not treat a demonstration model name as a permanent recommendation.

04

Paste and save the credential

Paste the key into the masked field and click Save key. Check the notice and updated list. The key is not displayed again; the field clears after a successful save. Saving another key for the same provider replaces that provider’s previous key.

Paste and save the credential
If the key is missing or saving fails

Enter a valid credential and save again. The field’s minimum-length check does not certify provider validity.

Assign and check

Features, errors and removal.

05

Check the provider without expecting the hidden key

Verify provider and model under Your keys. Not seeing the full key after reopening is expected. To change it, obtain the appropriate credential and save its replacement.

06

Assign what each feature uses

Under Which key each feature uses, review Recaps, WhatsApp agent and Organisation reports. Select Automatic or a provider with a stored key. Each selector saves upon selection; the Save key button is not required. Check the result.

07

Check the feature you will use

Open the relevant workflow and test with appropriate data. Saving or assigning does not confirm that the credential, model or task works. For audio recaps, also check transcription setup; a text key does not prove audio upload works.

08

Upload your context documents

At the end of AI, under Context documents for the AI, click Upload document to add your methodology or materials (PDF, Word or TXT, up to 5 MB; 20 documents max). Only the text is kept.

These documents apply to all your clients: Ask the AI and Prepare with AI use them, always with the key assigned to recaps. Documents for a specific client are uploaded from their record.

Coach context documents.
If the document cannot be read

A scanned PDF (image only) has no text to read. Save it again as a text PDF or as Word and upload it again.

Review features before deleting a key

Click Delete beside the provider and read confirmation. Cancel retains the key. If deleted, review assignments depending on it and retest the feature. Removing it here does not revoke it in the provider’s dashboard.

Check the result

Check the registered key, feature assignment and a test of your own. Saving does not test an AI response.
