2026 comparison

The 13 corporate coaching platforms, and why none of them is for you

CoachHub, BetterUp, Torch, EZRA and nine more show up in every "best coaching platforms" list. If you are a coach looking for a tool, not one of the thirteen sells to you. Here is why, checked one by one.

The short answer

All thirteen sell to an HR department buying coaching for its workforce. None publishes a price: all thirteen ask for a demo. And ten of the thirteen supply their own coaches, so they are not even software you could use with your clients. They are a coaching service with technology around it.

Data taken from each company's own website on 2 September 2026. The figures are the ones each company states on its own site; they are not verified by third parties. None publishes a price, so there is no price column: it is not that we left it empty, it is that it does not exist.

Three of the thirteen are not even what they look like

They appear together in the same lists, but these three do something different from the other ten and from each other.

MentorcliQ
It is mentoring software, not coaching. It supplies no professionals: the company installs it and its own employees are the ones matched as mentor and mentee.
Bunch
It is a mobile app for leadership microlearning, two minutes a day, with an AI assistant called Bunchee. There is no human coach at any point.
Modern Health
It is mental health. It covers therapy as well as coaching, with its own provider network. It is an employee benefit, not a working tool.

The twist: several could be your client, not your competitor

If you are a coach, look at the table's figures again. CoachHub states more than 3,500 coaches. EZRA more than 2,000. AceUp and Sharpist more than 1,500 each. uExcelerate more than 300. Those networks are fed by independent coaches.
For you that is not a threat: it is a possible channel for work. And what you use outside those platforms — your CRM, your calendar, your session instruments, your contracts and your invoices — is still your call.

What CoachPro Tools does that these thirteen do not

Verdict

If you run learning and development at a company and you are buying coaching for your workforce, these thirteen are your market and CoachPro Tools is not. Networks of thousands of coaches, aggregate impact reporting and Slack or Teams integration are things we do not have and do not intend to have.

If you are a coach who landed here looking for a tool, the list misled you, and that is not your fault: search engines mix the two categories because they share the words "platform" and "coaching". What you are looking for is compared against the platforms that do sell to a coach.

And if you are a coach who wants to work with companies, then several of these thirteen do matter to you — but as places to apply, not as software to buy.

Frequently asked questions

Are CoachHub, BetterUp or EZRA any use to an independent coach?

No, and not because they are bad: because they do not sell to you. They sell to an HR department. And ten of the thirteen supply their own coaches, so they are not even software you could use with your clients.

How much do they cost?

They do not publish it. None of the thirteen. All of them ask for a demo or a call with sales. Modern Health is the only one that hints at the model — per employee per month, or usage-based — but without figures.

Can I work as a coach for them?

Several run large networks and publish the numbers: CoachHub more than 3,500 coaches, EZRA more than 2,000, AceUp and Sharpist more than 1,500 each, uExcelerate more than 300. For an independent coach that is a possible channel for work, not a competitor.

Do any of them work in Spanish?

Several offer coaching in Spanish inside their network: CoachHub states more than 80 languages, AceUp 14, EZRA lists Spanish among its coaches' languages. But that is the language of the coach they assign you, not the language of a tool you operate. Their websites are in English.

What are interactive session tools?

Instruments your client fills in on screen during the session — the Wheel of Life, GROW, a personal SWOT, DISC and 267 more — with sliders and charts that draw themselves live. When you finish they produce a PDF report carrying your brand, which your client keeps.
