Open Coaching Whiteboard
Open In session → Whiteboard from the dashboard. Check the tool title and locate the drawing bar and canvas.
Draw and organise ideas during the conversation. Review the canvas before starting, retain the result and prepare the space for your next session.

Check the person and any previous drawing.
Open In session → Whiteboard from the dashboard. Check the tool title and locate the drawing bar and canvas.
Check the client in the top bar. Selection identifies the working person, but this whiteboard does not create independent drafts for each client. Review anything already on the canvas.
Use Assign client and select their record. If you are only exploring, you can try the canvas; retain or clear that example before working with a person’s data.
Returning in the same browser may show the previous draft. Check whether it belongs to this session. Changing the client in the bar does not clear or change that draft.
Draw, connect and add words.
Select Pen and drag on the canvas. Release to finish the stroke. Combine strokes to build a diagram as you talk.
Choose a colour and adjust Thickness before drawing. If an object is selected, those controls can also change its appearance; check the selection before using them.
Select Line, Arrow, Rectangle or Circle for what you want to represent. Drag from the start point to the end and release. Circle also allows oval shapes.
Select Text and click the point on the canvas where it belongs. Enter a word or phrase in the window and confirm. Cancel exits without adding it.
Select, move and correct.
Activate Select, click the object and drag it to its new position. Check that the selection is the element you want to move.
Switch from the pen or shape to Select. Then click the object and drag again.
With the object selected, drag a handle on the selection border. Review the result before continuing. Undo the change if it does not preserve the arrangement you need.
With Select active, double-click text. Edit its contents in the window and confirm. To remove the whole object, select it and use Delete.
Select Eraser and drag over the area you want to remove. Adjust thickness to control the affected area. To delete a whole object, use Select and Delete.
Use Undo and Redo. You can also use Ctrl+Z to undo and Ctrl+Shift+Z or Ctrl+Y to redo; on Mac, use Cmd. History belongs to the open page and does not replace a saved copy.
Distinguish draft, named save and image.
Canvas changes are retained automatically in this browser. When you return, review the recovered drawing. Do not assume it will appear on another device or change when you assign another person.
The Spanish and English versions retain separate local data. Return to the language you worked in to recover those contents.
Select Save and enter a name identifying the session and contents. Confirm and check the card in Saved whiteboards. The name lets you recover that version in this browser.
Add a drawing before using Save or PNG. The empty-canvas message means no version with contents was generated.
Review the Saved whiteboards cards and check name and date. The list retains up to 30 recent versions; export independent copies of work you need to retain.
Select its card. If the current canvas contains a drawing, read the replacement confirmation. Retain that work before accepting; Cancel keeps the current canvas.
Select PNG and check the downloaded image: contents, position and readability. Downloading does not send it to the client; share it through the agreed channel.
Review before clearing or replacing.
Retain the result and select Clear canvas. Read the confirmation before accepting. This clears the current canvas; it does not delete saved-version cards.
Use Undo or Ctrl+Z while still on the same page. Check the recovered drawing before continuing.
On a saved card, use Delete and read the confirmation. This removes that version from the list. Do not confuse it with clearing the working canvas.
The draft and named whiteboards remain in this browser. Export an image to retain an independent copy or share the drawing.
