The short answer

The video call lives inside the appointment. There is no second app to open, no link to generate, copy and paste into an email: you launch it from the calendar or from the client record. They open the link in their browser and join, with nothing to install and no account to create.

And there is a technical detail that matters more than it sounds: the video travels browser to browser. It never passes through our servers, so we never receive it and never store it.

Where your session actually travels

This deserves an explanation, because it is what separates this from any corporate video tool.

What goes straight between you

  • The video and audio of the session
  • Peer to peer, over WebRTC
  • Never through CoachPro Tools servers
  • Never something we could receive or store

The only thing recorded

  • That a room existed, and when
  • Which client and which session it belongs to
  • So it can be tied to their history and the calendar

That record is what stops the call floating loose: it shows up in that client's history, next to whatever was worked on that day.

How it works

  1. You launch the call from the calendar or from the client record.
  2. You send them the room link. It carries a long random token that identifies it.
  3. They open it in their browser. No install. No account. No passwords.
  4. While you talk, you open any of the 271+ tools, the whiteboard or the live notes.
  5. Whatever gets worked on stays in that client's workspace, not in a loose file.

Worth knowing

It is a 1:1 video call, built for the individual session between coach and client. It is not a meeting room for large groups. If you work with groups, what you want are Programmes: one link and the whole group enrols and moves through the steps.

The reason for having it inside the platform is not saving a subscription to another tool. It is that you can work while you talk: open a Wheel of Life, move it with the client, and have the result land in their record — without switching windows or asking them to download anything.

Does my client have to install anything?

Does the video pass through your servers?

No. It uses peer-to-peer WebRTC: video and audio travel directly between their browser and yours. We never receive them and never store them. Only the room record is saved, to tie it to the client record and the calendar.

Can I use the tools during the call?

Yes, and that is the reason it is built in. While you talk you open any of the 271+ tools, the whiteboard, the mind map or live notes, and the work is saved in that client's workspace.

Is it paid separately?
