Multimedia Embed

Open Multimedia Embed from the dashboard and locate Audio, Images and Videos. Review recovered contents before adding material.

Use the tool’s selector to retrieve the person’s collection. Changing the top-bar client does not replace this selection or transfer material.

In Audio, select the record button and grant microphone permission. Check Recording and the timer. Keep the same client selected while recording and saving.

Select the button again to stop. Wait for the recording to appear in the list with duration and size. Play it to check the sound.

Select Download on the recording and check the file. This audio belongs to the local collection; it does not load into Recaps automatically. If needed there, choose the downloaded copy.

Open Images. Choose a file, drag it to the indicated area or paste an image from the clipboard while on this tab. Use PNG, JPG or WebP up to 2 MB per file.

Check the thumbnail and filename. Select the image to open the copy and check readability. Retain original files outside the collection.

Open Videos, enter a name and paste a compatible YouTube, Vimeo or Loom address. Select Add. The tool retains the link; it does not upload a video file.

Check the name and play the embedded video. If the site requires access or prevents embedding, check the original link and its permissions; seeing it in the collection does not guarantee another person can access it.

Retrieve the collection in the same browser, client and language. Spanish and English have separate data. Downloading and retaining originals keeps copies outside the browser.

Stop any audio and check saving before choosing another person. The selector retrieves their own collection; it does not copy the previous person’s material.

Use Delete on audio or × on images and videos. Read the confirmation and accept only after retaining what is needed. Removing a video reference does not delete the video from its hosting site.
