Find the entry and stage columns.
In the sidebar, open Your day → Pipeline. The deal board appears in columns.
Each column is a stage. Its heading shows the name, number of deals and totals by currency when values are present. If not all columns are visible, scroll the board to the right.
Follow the order of the form fields.
Select New deal. You can also use a column’s add button to start with that stage selected.
In Title, enter a name to identify the deal, up to 160 characters. This field is required.
Selecting Save displays a message and the deal is not saved. Enter a title and save again.
In Client, select a person from your list. Linking a client is optional and can be changed when editing the deal.
Leave No client selected. You can still save the deal if all required information is complete. If the person has not been added yet, create them in Clients and then open this card to select them.
Check Stage and choose the column where the deal belongs. A selected stage is required. If no options appear, close the form, create a stage through Stages and reopen New deal.
Value is optional. Enter a number greater than or equal to zero, or leave it blank if you do not want to record an amount.
The form does not accept negative values. Correct the amount or clear the field and save again.
If you entered a value, type its currency in Currency, for example USD or EUR. This is a text field: use the same abbreviation for amounts in the same currency.
In Notes, enter context or next steps. This is optional and accepts up to 2,000 characters.
If additional fields appear, complete them according to their type: text, long text, number, date, Yes/No checkbox, dropdown or multiple options. Fields marked as required must be complete before saving. If no additional fields have been created, this block may not appear.
The message identifies the missing field. Complete it and select Save again. The example shows a custom date; your fields may differ.
Select Save. When saving completes, the form closes and the card appears in the selected stage. Cancel closes the form without saving the current changes.
Find the title in the selected column. The card shows the linked client, if any, and the amount, if entered. Select the card to review the other fields.
Work with a saved card.
Select a card. Edit deal opens. Change the fields you need, including the client, and select Save to apply the changes.
Open the card, change Stage and select Save. On a computer, you can also drag the card into another column; dropping it saves the new position. On a touch device, you can use the form.
Open the card and select Delete. Review the confirmation before accepting. Cancelling the confirmation keeps the deal on the board.
Confirm only if you want to delete the record. Confirming deletes the deal; it does not move it to another stage.
Create, order and delete columns.
From the board, select Manage stages. The column manager opens. Changes are saved as each action is performed; Close returns to the board.
Enter a name, choose a colour and select Add. The new stage appears in the list and on the board. Its name cannot be empty or duplicate another stage.
In a stage row, edit the name and leave the field to save, change the colour or use the arrows to move its position up or down. Renaming a default stage keeps your chosen name when switching language.
Select the stage’s bin icon. If it is empty, a confirmation appears. If it contains deals, choose a destination stage and select Move and delete. Select Cancel to keep it.
You cannot delete it without a destination. Create another stage first, then try deleting it again.
Define additional deal information.
From the board, select Fields. Choose the Deals tab: fields in this tab are added to the deal form, while Clients configures a different form.
Enter the field name, choose its type and select Add. You can use text, long text, number, date, Yes/No, dropdown or multiple options. Do not duplicate another Deals field name.
For a dropdown or multiple options, open the field details and enter one option per line. Leave the field to save changes. Empty or duplicate options are not added.
In field details, enter help text and a section if you want to group fields. Select Required to require completion when saving a deal. Changes save when you leave each input or change the option. The Yes/No checkbox does not offer a Required setting.
Edit the name, use the type selector or select the row arrows. Review deal information after changing a type, because the way values are entered and displayed changes.
Select the field’s bin icon and read the confirmation before accepting; cancel to keep it. Deleting the field stops displaying it and hides its saved data. Select Close to return to the board. Open a deal and check that the configured fields appear in its form.
Check the card in its stage, the linked client if any and the information you saved. Column totals are shown separately by currency.
