Open pending items from their rows.
Select Your day → Today in the sidebar. Review the day’s sections before opening a record or preparing a session.
Review appointment, message and pending-activity rows. Each row identifies the client and item. Select the one you want to review to open its relevant screen.
Check Calendar or the record if you are looking for a specific item. This section collects selected pending items; it does not replace each client’s history.
In the session row, check client and time and select it to open it. A booked label indicates that it came from a booking. Check details before changing time or status.
If a completed-preparation indicator appears, select it to review the answers. Completing the form does not mean that the session has taken place.
Select the Client Log row to open the client conversation. Read the message and reply in the thread when appropriate; opening and replying are separate actions.
Select the action row and check its date and status in the record. Review progress before marking it complete or changing its date.
Open the form row and check its status. Before sharing it again, check its client and whether a response has already arrived.
Distinguish activity, reading and replies.
Under Updates, check what happened and when. Select the row to open details. An opening notification, a reply and a completed activity have different meanings.
Select View all to open the expanded list. You can also check this activity from the bell under From your clients. Open details to read a response’s content.
Select Mark all as seen after reviewing them. This changes the new-item indicator here and in the bell; it does not complete tasks or reply to messages.
Describe the situation and review results.
In Which tool should I use for…?, enter the situation and press Enter or the send button. You can also choose a quick suggestion. The assistant searches catalogue tools based on your text.
Read each result’s name, category and description. Adjust your query if it does not fit your needs; the search does not assess the client or replace your choice.
Try a more specific situation or search from Tools. If a catalogue-loading error appears, retry after checking the connection.
Select Open on the result. Review the tool before using it. If you will record work in a client record, check which client is active.
Select Share with client on the result. This opens the sharing flow for the client whose record you opened. Review the client and link before choosing a channel; this button does not automatically send an email.
Close the message. Open Clients → View file for the correct client. You can share the tool from their record. Having a record does not mean it is open for this transfer.
Select Clear to clear the assistant’s search thread. This does not delete tools, client records or saved work.
In the sharing window, copy the link or choose WhatsApp or Email. For Email, check the requested address and wait for sending confirmation. For WhatsApp, review the message and send it in that channel.
Enter a valid address in the box opened by Email. You can also cancel and share the link through another channel. To keep the email in the record, add it there and save.
Use shortcuts and indicators in context.
Under Continue where you left off, select a tool to open it. These shortcuts depend on usage stored in this browser; check the tool and client when it opens.
This is expected when starting, using another browser or clearing local data. Find the tool under Tools to open it.
If Awaiting a response appears, review the client, tool and waiting time. Open the item to check its status before sharing it again.
There may be no pending tools for active clients. Check the record’s activity when looking for a specific transfer; the section’s absence does not confirm that everyone read their links.
Review future appointments and select View all to open Calendar. Use Calendar’s dates and filters for past or cancelled appointments.
Use New appointment to open the appointment form. For a new record, open Clients and its create button. Complete and save on the screen that opens. Check the result there; selecting a shortcut does not create the record.
Under Your platform or In session, select the shortcut you need. To find another item, use top search with Ctrl + K or ⌘ + K.
Review active clients, sessions recorded this month and the next appointment. Recorded sessions are not all calendar appointments. Check the record or Calendar to verify each indicator’s details.
An empty section only means it has no items to display. Check Calendar and the client record when you need the full history.
