Overall summary and date range.
Open Statistics under Your business. It summarises account records; no toolbar client selection is required to view the screen.
Choose This month, This quarter, This year or All time. Month, quarter and year begin at the start of that period and run to today; they are not the last 30, 90 or 365 days.
Sessions, duration and recorded payments.
Clients counts active clients in the available list; if other statuses exist, the text below shows active versus total. This figure does not change when you choose a different session range.
Sessions counts entries logged in client records within the range. Hours sums their duration in minutes and expresses it in hours. A calendar appointment does not replace a logged session.
Check range, date and duration in client records, then reopen Statistics. Zero sessions means no matching entries; a dash can indicate a loading failure. Do not automatically interpret it as no activity.
Income sums issued Invoicing documents marked paid. It uses payment date, or issue date if missing, within the range. Currencies are shown separately and displayed values are rounded; it does not represent every bank-account transaction.
Clients and tools used.
Top 5 clients counts logged sessions per client within the range. Clicking a row opens the Clients list; then find the record to review. Do not assume it opens that person directly.
The chart groups tools specified in logged sessions. No tool means none was specified in that entry. The centre number counts sessions; it is not catalogue size and does not count every tool opening.
Check the period and records behind each indicator. A dash does not always mean zero.
