Validate it before use.
Open Your business → Signatures. Your signature status appears at the top, with documents below.
Select your signature button and enter your full name. An existing validated signature can be changed; check the name before validating another.
Choose Draw to draw it or Type to choose a style using your name. Review the preview. A stroke or a name is required.
Select Continue: send me the code. Check the partially hidden address: it is your account email. Find the six-digit code there.
Enter the code and confirm. Check that the signature is shown as validated. The code expires after ten minutes.
Check spam and use the latest code. Respect the resend wait. Five incorrect attempts block that code; request another as directed.
Review content, people and order.
With your signature validated, select New document. The wizard separates content, people and final review.
Complete Document title with a name that identifies it. This is required.
Select Español or English. This controls emails and the signing page; it does not automatically translate the text.
In Client (optional), choose the related record. This lets templates use its data; recipients are set in the next step.
You can leave it unlinked and add signers manually. If a template needs client data, complete their record and select it before reviewing the text.
Choose From a template and select one, or Write the text. Review the result and complete missing information.
Read Text to be signed, correct it and select Next. At least 20 characters are required.
Read the message and complete title or text. Selecting Next does not send the document.
Complete name and email in each row. Use Add person for another row and the cross to remove it. If adding the client from their record, review copied data.
Each added person needs a valid, distinct address. If the record has no email, complete it there or enter the correct one here before continuing.
Choose Signs for a signer and Receives a copy for someone who only receives the final document. At least one signer is required, including the coach if selected.
Select I also sign this document and choose Before the others or After the others. Also check Sign in order.
Select Sign in order so each person receives the document after the previous person signs. Without it, they can act without waiting for that sequence.
In Time to sign, choose a deadline and select Next. Check that it allows the prepared sequence to finish.
Check title, language, client, signers, copies, order and text. Use Back to correct them before saving or sending.
Distinguish draft, sent and completed.
Select Save draft if not ready to send. It is saved without requesting signatures. Open its details to edit or send later.
Select Send for signature and wait for confirmation. If you sign first, complete your turn so it can move to the next signer. Check sending details.
Open the document. Review each person: pending, sent, seen, signed and declined are different states. Completed means the required sequence has finished.
Use the available button beside a pending signer to resend the notification or copy their link. Check its owner before sharing; each link is personal.
Check sending, opens and signatures in history. Review the person and date for each event. History distinguishes sending, opening and signing.
Use Cancel if a sent document should no longer be signed. A draft can be deleted. Read confirmation and check document and status before accepting.
Open a completed document and select Download signed PDF. Check that it is the final document. If a sealing error appears, use the displayed retry and check the result before downloading.
Use an existing file.
Select Sign a PDF. Choose From my computer or From client documents. Use a PDF up to 15 MB without a password.
Enter title, choose language and complete name and email if sending it. The client record is optional. Check the address.
Select This person also signs it (after you) when needed: name and email become required. Review your signature, select acceptance and use the final button.
These steps are for the recipient.
The recipient opens their email link, checks title and masked address, and requests the code. If expired, cancelled or not their turn yet, contact the sender.
Enter the six digits from the latest email and confirm. It expires after ten minutes and allows five attempts. Respect the wait before requesting another. Verified access lasts 60 minutes.
Review text or PDF and the people involved. Select Sign to prepare your signature or Decline if you will not sign. Review the requested reason and confirmation.
Check your name, draw or type your signature and select acceptance after reading it. Select the final button and wait for confirmation without closing during processing.
Open Verify document and select the downloaded PDF. Review result, title, signers and fingerprint. If it does not match, check the selected file and ask the sender for the final copy.
Check recipients, each signature’s status and the downloaded PDF. Sending does not mean everyone has signed.
