Open Legal and Privacy under Your business. Documents can be consulted without choosing a toolbar client. Cards open separate pages.
Review the cards: Terms and conditions, Privacy Policy, DPA, Sub-processors, Data protection for your coachees and Security. The platform DPA and the document given to your client are different documents.
Open DPA · Data Processing Agreement and read the current document. The Trust Centre notice describes its inclusion in the terms; opening the card does not create a new signature. Review the complete document when required.
Open Sub-processors for the published list and Security for described measures. Retain the visible date or version when filing a copy; the manual does not replace updated page content.
DPA copy and client document.
On the DPA page, use Download signed DPA. Check PDF, date, language and content before filing or sharing. The downloaded copy is not a newly personalised client document or a new signature by both parties.
Open Data protection for your coachees. Review fields and any information to complete before delivery. Page language follows the dashboard selection; also check downloaded-file language, which may differ.
Open Clients and the person’s record. Click Privacy doc and review the link notice. Paste it into your delivery channel. This copies a link; it does not send email or prove receipt or signing.
Open the record before using Privacy doc. To read the unpersonalised document, open it from the Trust Centre. Do not reuse a link containing a previous client’s name for someone else.
Under Edit client, review The client signed the data protection consent and save only when the corresponding evidence is available. Copying the link does not tick that box. Then review record status; do not use the checkbox as a substitute for documentation that needs retaining.
Opening, downloading or copying a link does not confirm a signature or itself record client consent.
