Find the top bar
Open a tool. The top bar contains the brand, active client where applicable and available controls. The example shows a tool with instructions, saving and export controls.
Use the bar to assign a client, read instructions, save and export. Check how the tool was opened before working with a client’s answers.
Check the client · Work and save · Print, download or prepare a signature · Distinguish client and coach modes
The bar indicates whether this browser has an active client.
Open a tool. The top bar contains the brand, active client where applicable and available controls. The example shows a tool with instructions, saving and export controls.
If a person appears in the bar, check that it is the correct client before working. The active client is retained in this browser; do not assume it is the person in the current session.
Select Assign client. The platform opens client selection in the dashboard. If the person has not been added, create their record in Clients, then assign them. You can complete a tool without an active client, but local saving does not mean it was delivered to a client record.
Select the name to open selection and choose someone else. To remove the active client, select the indicator’s ×: this clears the selection in this browser and reloads the tool. Save any work you need first.
Available controls depend on the tool and how it was opened.
Select Instructions to expand that tool’s guide. Read it and select the button again to close it. If the button is absent, that tool does not have a guide available through this control.
Select Clear to run the tool’s reset action. Preserve answers you need first: what is reset depends on the tool. If confirmation appears, read it before accepting. This button only appears when the tool provides that action.
Select Save after entering answers. Check the Saved confirmation. In a regular opening, this control saves browser progress; opening in another browser or device does not automatically restore that local progress.
Enter an answer and select Save again. The message means the collector did not find data to save; it does not confirm that answers were saved.
Review answers before generating a document.
On a computer, select Print. Review the browser preview, choose the destination and confirm printing there. Cancelling the browser window does not print the document.
Select Download PDF on a computer. Wait for file generation and check the download. Open the document to review answers and charts before sharing it.
Read what is missing. Cancel to complete the data or accept to generate the document in its current state. The warning does not mean exporting is always blocked.
Select Sign on a computer. Data is checked and a PDF is prepared to open the signing flow. Review the document and follow that window’s instructions; selecting this button alone does not mean it is already signed.
On a narrow screen, select the bar’s menu button to show actions. Print, Download PDF and Sign display a message in a mobile view; open the tool on a computer for those actions.
Some tools use their own export controls. Find the actions inside the tool and follow its instructions; generic controls do not appear in every tool. The example shows the PDF button in a visual template editor.
Browser saving and saving client answers are different.
Select Dashboard if the tool is open as a standalone page. Inside the dashboard, the control is Back and returns to the previous view. First check that any work you need has been saved.
When a client opens a shared link, they see an adapted bar and a panel for submitting answers. Complete the data, check saving status and use Send to coach where applicable to confirm submission. Missing coach controls do not indicate an error.
From the client record, open their answers for review. The review view is read-only: do not use it to change and save client work. To change data, use Open and edit.
In Open and edit, change data and select the floating Save changes button at the bottom right. Wait for confirmation before leaving. In this mode, coach changes are not automatically saved to the client’s answers.
Before leaving, check where the work was saved. If you edited client answers, use Save changes; if you downloaded a file, open it to review its contents.
