Open Visual templates
Find Visual templates in the catalogue and open the tool. You will see a library of models you can complete.
Open a template, complete its fields during the session and retain the result before reusing it. This tool’s saved data belongs to this browser and does not automatically separate fields by client.

Review the model and previous data.
Find Visual templates in the catalogue and open the tool. You will see a library of models you can complete.
Read the card names and descriptions. Choose the model that fits your session goal; you do not need to complete every template.
Check the client in the bar and the template fields. Assigning another person does not create an independent copy of this template: its saved fields still belong to this browser.
Use Assign client to select the working record. Then review and prepare the fields; assignment alone does not clear previous contents.
Check the model name in the bar and locate its editable fields. If you see data from another session, retain its result before replacing it or clearing.
Edit text and values on the sheet.
Select an editable field and enter the agreed content. Replace example prompts with your own text. You can correct it in the same field as you work.
Where the model has editable titles or names, change them to describe your session work. Fixed template labels are not edited in the same way.
In the Wheel of Life, enter scores within the indicated range, from 0 to 10. Check how the shape changes when you edit values. A displayed initial value does not mean the client has already assessed it.
Add conclusions or next steps in the model’s text fields. Review the complete text before exporting, especially if it extends beyond what is immediately visible.
Distinguish local saving from an exported file.
When editing, the tool saves fields and shows Saved. This storage belongs to the browser you are using; do not take it as confirmation of a copy on another device or in the client record.
Select Library to choose another model. Returning to the library does not clear what you entered in the current template.
Open the same model again in this browser and review its fields. Each model keeps its own fields within this tool, but not separate versions for each client.
Check that you opened the same model, browser and device. Review any PDF copies you saved; do not assume local data will be recovered from another browser session.
In the template’s own bar, select PDF and wait for the download. This control prepares the open sheet with its current values.
Wait for the page to finish loading and try again. Check your browser’s downloads. Retain the visible contents before reloading if you do not yet have a copy.
Open the downloaded PDF and check titles, scores, text and pages. Empty fields may display their example prompts in the file; review the result and correct the template before sending it.
Export before clearing or changing person.
Select Clear and read the confirmation. Accepting clears the saved fields of the open model. Cancel retains the work; returning to Library also lets you leave without clearing.
After clearing, review the initial fields and selected person before starting. To correct just one response, edit that field without clearing the whole template. Save an independent copy after each piece of work you want to retain.
Check the template, fields and the person the contents belong to. To retain an independent version, export a PDF and review the file.
