Open Tools from the dashboard navigation. The catalogue organises tools into categories; you do not need to browse them all to prepare a session.
Choose a category related to the goal you will work on. Check its name before opening the list.
Review the name and brief description to decide whether it fits the conversation. Opening a tool lets you review its structure before using it with the client.
Use Back in a category list to choose another. This control changes the catalogue view; it is not the close button of an open tool.
Type a name or topic in the top search field. Review result names and categories before choosing.
Try a shorter word or browse a category. Clear the previous search before entering another.
Select the tool you need. Check the opened page title to verify that you chose the right one.
Use favourites and recent activity.
Select the card’s star. Check that its state changes. Favourites are kept in this browser.
Open Favourites in the top bar and select a tool. Select the star again to remove the favourite without deleting the tool.
Check Quick access in the wider catalogue view or recent tools in Today. The list shows what you opened in this browser; it does not prove that all its fields were saved.
Use categories, search or favourites. You can also open Today to review available recent activity.
Check client, data and output.
Select the card to open the tool in the panel. Check its title, instructions and fields before entering information. Each tool has its own workflow.
Check the name in the tool bar. If no client or the wrong person appears, use Assign client and select the correct record. See Clients.
You can review the structure before assigning a person. Before entering session data, select the client and check how that tool saves data.
Find the tool’s saving indicator or control. Tools do not all save in the same way or automatically separate data by client. Before reusing a template, retain the previous result and review its fields.
Use the available PDF, print or export control and review the resulting file. Check the client, date and contents before sharing it. See Tool bar for common controls.
Create the link and review responses.
From the client record, open Share tool, find the activity and select it. Check the recipient before generating the link.
Review the settings shown in the form and generate the link. Copying it does not send it: use the channel agreed with the client or email delivery and check its result.
Share the link through another channel or enter a valid address when email delivery requests it. You do not need to invent an email to copy a link.
Return to Clients → Forms and tools. Check status and available responses. If there is no response yet, a created or active link does not mean the activity is complete.
The catalogue lets you choose and open tools. To save, export or share, check the controls of the tool you opened.
