Set up and sign in

First access, password and Google.

01

Set up first access

If you do not have a password yet, use Set up your password from sign-in or the welcome link you received. Complete your account email and password with confirmation. A client name or open record does not give dashboard access; a subaccount uses its own invitation email.

02

Enter email and password

On sign-in, choose ES or EN, enter email and password and click Sign in. The eye button lets you review typed text; hide it again before sharing your screen. Do not use client credentials to enter as a coach.

Enter email and password
If a field is missing or its format is invalid

Review the indicated field. The screen requires email and a password of at least eight characters before attempting authentication.

03

Review Remember my email

This option retains the typed email in this browser after a successful sign-in. This control does not retain the password or create a shared account. On a shared device, clear it if you do not want the email remembered.

04

Review sign-in notices

If email or password is incorrect, check both or use recovery. If email is unconfirmed, check the relevant email. For too many attempts, wait as indicated. A connection error does not mean the password changed.

05

Use the correct Google identity

When using Google access, choose the identity linked to your account and wait to return to the dashboard. Seeing a Google button does not confirm sign-in. If it fails to load or reports an error, use Retry or email and password; dismissing a notice does not sign you in.

02

Recover and verify

Email, recovery link and new password.

06

Request the recovery email

Enter account email on sign-in and click Forgot your password?. Review the notice, inbox and spam folder. A request notice does not prove the email arrived or the password already changed.

Request the recovery email
If email was not entered

Complete your email in the field above and request recovery again. Selecting a client does not provide your account email to this form.

07

Set the new password

Open the received link, complete a new password of at least eight characters and repeat it. Review both fields before Save new password. The strength indicator is visual guidance; it does not confirm saving.

Set the new password
If passwords do not match

Correct confirmation and save again. The password is not updated while that notice remains.

Check the result and account

Wait for confirmation and return to the dashboard. Check identity before resuming work. If signing in again is needed, use the new password. For changing a password while signed in, see Profile; for the administrator PIN, see Team.

Check the result and account
If the link expired or is invalid

On the expired-link screen, request a new link for the correct email and open the latest one. If the issue continues, use Support and describe the notice without sharing passwords or the recovery link.

Check the result

Check the signed-in identity before working with clients. Password recovery and Team PIN recovery are separate workflows.
