Your own programme or a template copy.
Open Programmes under Group work. The list separates your programmes from templates. Open an existing programme or click Create programme.
Click Duplicate to my account to create your own copy. Open the copy and review its name, instructions and tools before enrolling anyone. Duplicating a programme also creates a copy; participants are not automatically transferred.
Under New programme, enter a name and description. Select Individual or Group and the participant language. Group mode lets you organise cohorts with a shared start date. Click Create after reviewing unlocking. It is created as Draft: after preparing its steps, review Edit programme and change it to Active before sharing.
The form asks for a name. Enter it and click Create again; leaving it blank does not create the programme.
All open makes the whole journey available. By date uses days from the participant or cohort start. Sequential opens each step when the preceding one is completed, even if the preceding step is marked optional. Review this choice before sharing the programme.
Step types, order and unlocking.
Open your programme and click New step. Enter a title and choose Tool, Task, Event or Content. Add clear instructions explaining what to do and how to complete it.
For a Tool step, search by name or keyword and select a result. Typing into the search field does not select a tool. For other step types, describe the activity in the instructions.
The form asks you to choose a tool. Select a list result and save again; leaving its name typed in is insufficient.
For a By date programme, enter Unlocks on day: 0 means available on the first day. Review Is it required? and the instructions, then click Save. If you change the step type, review its fields again.
Check the list after saving. Use up and down arrows to reorder and Edit to correct a step. Order and unlocking day are separate settings; review both after moving steps.
Add at least one step. Create open link remains disabled until then. A name and description alone do not create the journey.
Cohorts, links and progress.
In a Group programme, click New cohort, enter its name and start date and save. You can separate groups starting on different dates; select the correct cohort when enrolling.
Complete both fields and save again. A cohort is not created with an empty name or date.
From the cohort, Live group session opens room setup with that group’s enrollees. Review title, guests and schedule before confirming. Opening setup does not send invitations; if an email is missing, review the client record before sending email invitations.
Under Enrolled, select a client and, if relevant, cohort. Click Enrol and check their row. This programme has its own selector: selecting someone in the shared toolbar does not enrol them.
Select the client before clicking Enrol. If missing, check their Clients record and that it is not archived; already enrolled clients do not appear again in the selector. An email address is not required for this enrolment.
In the enrolment row, click Generate link. Copy and save it when displayed: later you can only regenerate it. Share it with that person. If you do not have their email, copy the URL and deliver it through another channel; generating does not send a message automatically.
Click Regenerate link and read the confirmation: the old link will stop working. Save the new one and let the participant know through your usual channel.
Under Open link, click Create open link once the programme has steps. Copy and share the URL so people can register. It gives access to the programme, unlike a link to a single tool. Deactivation stops new enrolments through it; existing participants retain their access.
Return to Enrolled to review completed steps, start date and cohort. If a step does not unlock, check unlocking mode, configured day and previous progress. Recorded progress is shown here; editing instructions does not mark a step complete.
Under Edit programme, you can change settings and status; Save confirms them. Archived cuts off access for enrolled participants. For a different journey for another group, consider duplicating and editing the copy before enrolment.
Remove deletes an enrollee’s progress and invalidates their link. Deleting a cohort retains participants without a cohort. Deleting the programme removes its journey and enrolments. Read each confirmation; do not use Remove merely to stop new enrolments.
Check the programme has steps, unlocking is correct and the link is for the intended participant or group.
