Open Organisations
In the dashboard, open Organizations under Group work. Select an existing organisation or click New organisation. This module works with organisations; it does not require a client in the shared toolbar.
Set up departments and people being assessed, collect responses and prepare reports with the scope you need.

Name, departments and people.
In the dashboard, open Organizations under Group work. Select an existing organisation or click New organisation. This module works with organisations; it does not require a client in the shared toolbar.
Enter a recognisable name and click Create. Check that its record opens. If an error appears, check the name and retry before creating another copy.
Enter the name: the warning says it is missing and the organisation is not created.
Under Departments, click New department, enter its name and click Create. Repeat for the groups you want to distinguish when collecting responses.
You can measure the whole organisation together. When creating a response link, select Whole organisation; there is no need to invent a department.
Under People, click New person. Enter their full name, role if relevant and level, then click Create. This list identifies people assessed in a 360, rather than every respondent in a group measurement.
Measurement, language and response links.
Under Measurements, click New measurement. Set a name, instrument and questionnaire language. The response language is selected here, even if your dashboard uses a different language.
Before clicking Create, review Minimum answers to publish figures and Anonymous answers. The minimum controls which groups can display results; it is separate from the number of people you expect to invite. Read the warning before disabling anonymity.
Open a measurement and click New link. Under What this link measures, choose a group; select the department, optional level and expected respondents. Click Create and check which group the link belongs to.
For a 360, select A person — 360, the person being assessed and Who answers: themselves, their manager, peers, team or others. Create and distribute each link only to its intended respondent role.
Return to the organisation, open People and add the person being assessed. Then return to the measurement and select them; this gate cannot be created without an assessed person.
Click Copy beside the correct link and share it with that group or role. Counters show completed responses against expected respondents. Close stops responses through that link; Reopen enables it again if the measurement is open.
Results, scope and closing.
Under Shared reports, click Recalculate results and wait for the message. You can do this while the measurement is open; closing it is not required to create a report. Figures are published only for groups meeting the configured minimum.
Recalculate and check the minimum and completed responses. Write narrative with AI adds an interpretation to reports that include it; it does not create responses. If the key is missing, configure it under AI recaps.
Click New report. Set who it is for, depth and included departments; leaving departments unchecked includes the whole organisation. For a 360, also check the report subject. Decide whether to include written responses and the AI narrative, and select expiry.
The selector appears when an earlier measurement uses the same instrument and version. Select that measurement or Automatic; only figures meeting the minimum in both measurements are compared.
Click Create and copy the link now. It is shown when generated and cannot subsequently be retrieved from the list. Save it and check the report before sharing. Creating it does not send an email. If lost, create another report with the required scope.
Use Close measurement when response collection is finished and read the confirmation. You can reopen it. To stop a recipient viewing a report, use Revoke beside that report; closing the measurement and revoking a report are separate actions.
Deleting a measurement removes its responses, links and results. Deleting the organisation removes all its content and requires its exact name. If you only want to stop responses or access, use the closing or revoking options described above.
Check the language, the person or group each link is for, and report scope before sharing.
