Name, logo and colours.
Open Your brand and find Your identity. No client selection is required to configure branding. Identity, web address and email are separate settings; you can prepare identity first.
Fill in Professional name with the name you want displayed. Check its spelling in the preview. This field does not change your sign-in email or a client’s name.
Click the logo area and choose PNG, JPG or WebP up to 500 KB. Check contrast and proportions in the preview. Selecting prepares the change; save afterwards.
Reduce file size or choose another file and select it again. A size notice does not confirm a saved upload.
Choose primary, accent and logo-background colours using the picker or a complete hexadecimal such as #203590. Also review header and footer text; Auto restores calculated contrast. Check that the name and controls remain readable.
Preview, contact details and result.
Review Email, Website and Custom footer text. Identity email is contact information: it does not connect an email server. Use the Your email block to change the sender.
Check name, logo and colours in the toolbar and document sample. This represents branding; it is not an exported PDF or email-delivery test.
Click Save changes. Reopen the section and review a tool and its output. Also check the preview of a new shared link: saving identity alone does not prove its public logo was published successfully.
Retain the intended values, check the connection and save again. Preview alone does not prove changes were applied.
The Your client’s space block adjusts text, stages, colours, fonts and custom tool names. It has its own Save changes control. Review that workflow under Client space; saving identity does not automatically save this block’s fields.
Click Reset only when you want to clear identity details and restore their defaults. Read confirmation; Cancel retains current settings. This does not itself disconnect the domain or mailbox.
Reopen settings and check a tool and its document. Preview does not replace saving.
