Prepare the mailbox

Server, username and sender.

01

Find the Your email block

Open Your brand → Your email. No assigned client is required: the test goes to your account email. This block changes the sender of client emails; your own account notices follow their usual workflow.

02

Obtain your provider’s outgoing settings

Check current SMTP settings for your mailbox: outgoing server, port, username and password or app password where applicable. Do not copy an incoming server or MX record as an outgoing server. Compatibility depends on your provider’s permitted authentication.

03

Choose the specified port

The screen offers 465 · SSL and 587 · STARTTLS. Choose the one your provider specifies for that server; do not choose randomly or use demonstration mailbox settings from the screenshot.

04

Complete username and password

Enter the full username required by your provider and its password. The field masks the password. If the provider requires an app password, use that credential. The contact email under Your identity does not automatically fill or connect this mailbox.

05

Check the sender

Review Sender address, usually the username, and confirm your provider permits it. Sender name comes from identity. This field does not change your sign-in email or a client’s recorded email.

Test and connect

Result, review and disconnection.

06

Connect and wait for the test

Click Connect my mailbox. The button indicates testing. The service attempts to send a message to your account before saving settings. Keep the screen open and avoid repeated clicks while waiting.

If information is missing or authentication is rejected

Read the notice and review server, username, password and sender. Correct the cause and test again. A failed test does not confirm a new connection was saved.

Check status and the test email

Look for Connected and verify the displayed address. Check your account inbox and, if needed, spam. The service saves after the server accepts sending; that alone does not prove inbox arrival or future delivery to every client.

Disconnect or prepare another mailbox

Click Disconnect and review confirmation. Cancel retains the connection. To configure another mailbox, enter its details and password again; the password is not retrieved from the server. After disconnecting, reopen the block and check status.

Check the result

Check Connected, sender and the received test. An accepted test does not guarantee delivery of every future message.
