Register an address

Subdomain and DNS instructions.

01

Find Your web address

Open Your brand → Your web address. This is an account setting and requires no assigned client. Have the address and access to the DNS panel for your domain ready.

Find Your web address
02

Enter a complete subdomain

Enter only the subdomain, for example bookings.example.com: no https://, paths or spaces. It must belong to a domain you can administer. Do not enter a CoachPro address or only the main domain.

If the address is rejected

Correct the format shown in the notice. Rejection does not create an active domain. If the address is already in use, check which one to configure before registering again.

03

Request use of the address

Click Use this domain. Wait for the response and read status. If verification is pending, follow that screen’s instructions; do not yet share the address as verified.

04

Copy the record shown by the dashboard

In your provider’s DNS panel, configure the displayed record: CNAME type, subdomain Name and destination Value. For bookings.example.com, the displayed name is bookings. Use your screen’s destination rather than an invented address. Check that the record belongs to the subdomain being configured.

Check and maintain

Status, links and removal.

05

Check verification results

Return to the block and review status. The screen checks periodically during verification. DNS propagation and certificate issuance can take time; there is no guaranteed fixed delay. Until active, new links use the CoachPro address.

If resolution fails or the destination differs

Compare the current CNAME with the requested value. Correct the record at your provider and check again. Saving your professional name again does not fix a DNS notice.

Test a new link when active

When Active appears, generate a link through the appropriate workflow and open it. Check address and content before sending. Changing a domain does not rewrite messages or files containing previously shared links; review earlier links separately.

Review removal before removing a domain

Use Remove domain and read confirmation. Cancel retains settings. If removed, check new-link addresses and review older links using that domain; do not assume they still open in the same way.

Check the result

Check Active and open a new link. Registering an address does not mean it works yet.
