About this list
To provide the platform, CoachPro Tools (Freedom Coaching LLC) uses the third-party vendors listed below as subprocessors. Each vendor processes personal data only on behalf of CoachPro Tools and under data protection obligations equivalent to those in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), in line with Article 28 GDPR.

International transfers
Some subprocessors are located outside the European Economic Area. International transfers are carried out under a valid transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR: the subprocessor's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where it has one, or the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards, together with supplementary measures where required. CoachPro Tools (Freedom Coaching LLC) is not certified under that Framework: transfers from the Customer to CoachPro Tools rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into the DPA.
Changes to the list
CoachPro Tools will inform customers of any intended addition or replacement of subprocessors and will provide an opportunity to object on reasonable data protection grounds.
