This article explains exactly how it works, what you earn at each tier and when the money arrives. No small print, because the full terms are published on the program page.
How it works, in three steps
The path is deliberately short. The more steps it has, the more people fall off along the way.
- You sign up with your name and email. You get your link straight away, with no approval to wait for.
- You share it with whoever it will serve. Anyone who comes through it gets the discount applied automatically: no code to type and nothing to remember.
- Thirty days after each purchase, your commission is released. It is paid by bank transfer, PayPal or Wise, whichever you prefer.
That detail about the link matters more than it looks. A code the person has to type at the moment of paying is a leak: it gets forgotten, mistyped, or the box simply goes unnoticed. With the link, the discount is already applied by the time they reach the payment screen.
There is no minimum number of sales, no lock-in and no obligation to publish anything. You recommend if you think it is worth it, and if you stop, nothing happens. Commissions you have already earned are paid all the same.
What you earn at each tier
Commission starts at 10% and rises with the sales you accumulate. These are the figures for the Lifetime plan, which is the one that sells most:

Your audience comes in with 10% off Lifetime, and 20% off when the purchase includes White Label. The annual plan is in the program too, with its own ladder and its own 10% discount.
And there is a detail worth noticing: recommending the White Label bundle pays you more and works out better for your client. You do not have to choose between the two.
Every sale is recorded in your dashboard, with its status and payment date.
Why your commission rises and never falls
Sales accumulate for life. They do not reset each month or each year, so the tier you reach is yours to keep.
That said, each sale is settled at the rate you had when you made it. If you reach your tenth sale and move to 20%, that 20% applies from the tenth onwards; the previous nine were already paid at their rate and are not recalculated.
That decision is deliberate. A system that recalculated backwards would create debts on sales from months ago and make what is owed unpredictable at any given moment, for you as much as for us. This way, what you see in your dashboard is what there is.
Lifetime and annual keep separate counts. Selling annual plans does not move your Lifetime tier, and the other way round.
When and how you get paid
Each commission is released 30 days after the purchase. That window is not arbitrary: it is exactly the refund guarantee period. If the customer asks for a refund within those 30 days, the sale is canceled and earns no commission. Once that window passes, the money is yours.
Payments are made once your released commissions reach 100 USD. The reason is practical: an international transfer costs money to send, and sending $29.70 eats into it. Accumulating to a minimum means what you earned arrives whole.
You choose the method from your dashboard: bank transfer, PayPal or Wise. And in that same dashboard you can see at any moment what you have sold, what is ready to be paid and what is still on hold.
Who this makes sense for
The program is open to anyone, but it works particularly well for a few profiles:
- Coaches and mentors who already recommend tools to their colleagues. If you are already doing it for free, this only adds the part that was missing.
- Coach trainers, schools and certification programs. Where new cohorts come round every year, the recommendation repeats itself.
- People with an audience in personal development, leadership or human resources.
- Anyone who uses the platform and wants to share it. You do not need to be a customer, although knowing it helps you recommend it with judgement.

Do I need to be a CoachPro Tools customer to become an affiliate?
You do not. The program is open to anyone who wants to recommend the platform, customer or not. That said, knowing it first-hand tends to help a great deal: it is easier to recommend something you use daily than something you have only seen from the outside.
When do I get paid?

How do you know the sale was mine?

Can I use my own code to buy?
You can use it and get the discount, but that purchase earns no commission. The program is meant for recommending to other people, not for discounting your own purchase.
Do the tiers reset each month?
No. Sales accumulate for life and the tier you reach is never lost. That said, each sale is paid at the rate you had when you made it: moving up a tier applies from that point onwards, never backwards. And Lifetime and annual keep separate counts.
