Frequently asked questions

When do I get paid?

Each commission is released 30 days after the purchase, which is our refund guarantee window: if the customer asks for a refund within that time, that sale earns no commission. Payments are made once your released commissions reach $100 — a bank transfer costs money to send, and paying out small amounts eats into what you earn.

How does the tier system work?

Your sales accumulate for life and never reset. Up to your fifth sale you earn 10%; from the sixth, 15%; from the tenth, 20%, which is the maximum. Each sale is always paid at the rate you had when you made it, so moving up a tier applies from that point onwards, not to earlier sales.

Do Lifetime and annual sales count together?

No. Each plan keeps its own count and its own tier. Selling annual plans does not move your Lifetime tier, and the other way round.

How do you know the sale was mine?

Through your link. When someone buys through it, the sale is recorded to your name automatically. It does not depend on cookies or on the person buying from the same device.

Can I use my own code to buy?

You can use it and get the discount, but that purchase earns no commission. The program is for recommending to other people.

Is there any minimum or commitment?

No. There is no minimum number of sales, no lock-in and no obligation to publish anything. You recommend if you think it is worth it.

Do I have to be a customer to take part?

You do not. You can recommend the platform without having bought it, although knowing it first-hand usually helps.

How do you pay me?

By bank transfer, PayPal or Wise, whichever you prefer. You add your details from your dashboard whenever you like.

Can I leave the program?

Whenever you want, just write to us. Any commissions you have already earned are paid all the same.
