Client or general timeline.
Open Client timeline from the support tools. Use its selector to choose the journey. The shared toolbar’s client selection does not change this selector.
General timeline allows recording without an assigned person. If an event belongs to a client, select them before adding it. Entries in General are not automatically reassigned.
Update Clients in the dashboard in this browser and reload Timeline. Do not use General expecting its events to move to a client record automatically.
Date, type, details and filters.
Click Add event. Enter title, date and type: Milestone, Session, Achievement, Obstacle or Insight. Add a description and click Save.
The warning asks for a title. Enter it and save again. A blank date uses today; check that it matches the event.
Locate the title, date, type and description. The list shows newest events first. An entry with an earlier date may appear further down even if just created.
Use the selector to show sessions, achievements or another type. Choose All types to restore the whole journey. Filtering hides cards; it does not delete events or restrict this tool’s PDF.
Click the event card to open its editor. Review the fields and click Save. Changing its date changes its position; closing without saving discards form changes.
Click the card’s × and read the confirmation. Cancel retains the event. Check the client before accepting: the action affects the open timeline.
Replacement, PDF and local data.
Open Templates and choose a journey. Its texts and dates are examples: edit them to reflect actual events. Templates do not import the client record’s actual sessions.
Confirmation asks whether to replace the current timeline. The template replaces rather than appends. Cancel or export first if the journey needs retaining. Clear timeline also empties it.
Check the client and click PDF. It includes all their events from oldest to newest, even with a screen filter active. Review the downloaded file before sharing; exporting does not send it to the client.
Select the correct journey or add events before exporting. If events exist but no file downloads, check the page finished loading and retry.
Events are stored locally per client or under General. ES and EN versions use separate data. This journey is separate from Workspace Timeline and the client record’s automatic history. Keep copies and check language, browser and client if entries are missing.
Check client, dates and events before exporting or replacing. Filtering does not delete events.
