Importing and adding rows.
Open Editable client grid under Between sessions. No toolbar client selection is needed: you work with several rows here. On first opening, a locally available client list can be imported automatically.
Click Import to add clients from the dashboard’s local list. It adds identifiers not already in the sheet and retains existing rows; it does not update edited data or import a CSV file.
Open Clients in the dashboard in this browser and return to the grid. Then click Import. If rows are saved, an empty display can also be caused by a filter.
Click + Client and enter a name and the required details. This adds a row to this sheet; it does not create a Clients record or automatically assign a client file.
Cells, columns, search and sorting.
Type in name, email, phone or notes cells; select status and date as appropriate. Changes save locally when the field changes or after a short pause while typing. Wait before closing and check when reopening.
Click Column, enter a name and choose Text, Number, Date or Select. For example, Next review lets you record a date; it does not schedule a reminder.
Enter a different name and click Add column again. A duplicate-column warning does not create another column.
If you choose Select, enter comma-separated options before clicking Add column. For example, Pending, Under review and Reviewed. Without options, the dropdown offers no values to choose.
Use search to filter text across any column. Check the displayed row count and clear search to show all rows again. Filtering does not delete rows or restrict CSV export.
Clear the search text. If the sheet remains empty, import available clients or add a row. The same empty-table message can appear when no row matches the search.
Click a heading to sort and click again to reverse the order. Sorting affects the view and compares content as text; check numeric columns before interpreting their sequence.
CSV and local storage.
Click the row’s × and read the confirmation. Cancel retains the row. Deleting affects the local sheet and does not delete the client record. A later import can bring that client back.
Click CSV and open the downloaded file in a spreadsheet. It includes all saved rows and columns even with an active search or visible sorting; it does not necessarily preserve screen order. Downloading does not send the file to anyone.
Add a row or import clients before downloading. If only a filter has no matches, the CSV still includes the sheet’s data.
The sheet is stored in this browser, with separate storage for each language version. Do not assume synchronisation with another device or client records. Keep a CSV before clearing browser data; Import does not restore your custom columns and notes from that CSV.
Check the sheet and keep a CSV of important information. Grid changes do not update Clients records.
