My coaching is practical and built around real situations, not canned leadership programs. We look at where ownership breaks down, where you keep getting pulled back into the middle, and what your own response may be teaching the team. The goal is fewer things circling back to you, stronger ownership across the team, and more time for the leadership work only you can do.
