About me
I'm Timothy “Chachi” Pachasa, a retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant, Special Operations combat veteran, author, and leadership strategist with over 30 years of experience developing people and transforming organizations. As a doctoral scholar in Organizational Leadership, I challenge conventional thinking through my research on Expectations and the Human Quotient (HQ); the human dynamics driving behavior, connection, and performance. As founder of CAPE Lead and co-founder of LE9D with John Wayne Troxell, I combine battlefield-tested leadership, behavioral science, and practical application to help people rethink leadership, master human connection, and unlock their potential. My philosophy is simple: Leadership isn't a position. It's an emotional byproduct of connection.
