About me
I coach leaders in compassionate care fields, mostly veterinary practice owners, who have spent years holding everyone else together. Many are neurodivergent, diagnosed or quietly wondering. Most believe something is wrong with them. Nothing is. The system was built to run on their self-sacrifice. I started at a veterinary front desk and grew into practice manager, owner, and multi-hospital operations, so I know this load from the inside. I use the C.O.S.T. framework to name what you carry and give it a shape you can work with on purpose.
