About me
I provide developmental editing for scholarly writers, coaching for leaders, and consulting for teams. I have worked in health professions education for 13 years as a scholarly writing professor, coach, instructional designer, and ePortfolio assessment coordinator. I earned a Doctorate in Education focused on Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. I also hold an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have owned several businesses and enjoy helping clients clarify their focus and goals and develop a realistic plan to get there.
