About me
After 16 years in the Australian Defence Force, Natalie built a financially stable business on military discipline, leadership and systems—with zero business knowledge. An unexpected family crisis forced her to shut it down. Returning to university for an MBA and business certification, she crystallised one insight: being great at what you do isn't the same as being great at business. That gap becomes the ceiling. Through CIRK Advisory, Natalie helps ambitious service-based business owners who've hit that ceiling recognise what's blocking them and break through it to grow their business for the life they want.
