Welcome, I'm a Transformational Leadership Coach for Women who works with accomplished women who built their success by over-functioning, and it has stopped working. They prove instead of lead. They take on too much instead of delegating. They avoid hard conversations so they won't be seen as "too much." They doubt themselves even though their record says otherwise. Then a transition, a toxic culture or plain exhaustion forces the question: Is this how I want to lead and live? My motto is Live & Lead Like You Really Mean It.
