About me
I work with people in Existential Mechanics- an umbrella modality that helps articulate "the gap" in where people are not free to realize their knowledge, insights and goals in thier actual living. EM facilitates distinguishing, locating and releasing unresolved aspects of trauma, identity and ACEs, in the way each aspect needs, to allow a trascendent release. Sessions are within the EM framework and include: Transformational coaching, voice dialogue/IFS, energy work, Jin Shyn Jitsu, Human Potential Coaching, EMPR method and Ayurvedic psychological somatic relase techniques, Emotional Somatic Releasing, as well as other proprietary frameworks which include, Dissociation Releasing, Spirutal Body Trauma Release, and Holistic Identity Reintegration.
