About me
I’m a former CHRO and Senior Partner in Korn Ferry’s Board & CEO advisory practice, where I co-led APAC and contributed to global projects. I’ve advised leading organisations, assessing and developing C-suite executives, CEOs, leadership teams and boards. I help CHROs and senior executives strengthen their mindset, capability and influence, build high-performing teams and translate strategy into results. Through executive coaching, leadership assessment and development focused on measurable outcomes, I support leaders to navigate complexity and ambiguity and transition from functional to enterprise leadership. I also help CHROs, CEOs and boards strengthen their working partnerships and build succession pipelines that prepare future leaders for critical roles.
